IMPORTANT TO YOUR COMMUNITY, BUT EVEN MORE IMPORTANT TO THOSE PROVIDING THE SERVICE
The Cooper Group’s year of gratitude and giving back. Over the year, our employees have offered their time and enthusiasm to several community service projects and organizations, including Wayside Waifs, The National Kidney Walk, Bears on Patrol, Operation Breakthrough Adopt a Family, Variety Children’s Charity and Save our Shepherds to name a few.
Rolling up our sleeves to serve these organizations that serve others has been a heartwarming and humbling lesson in giving to those who are less fortunate. Collectively, it’s reminded us that we have much to be grateful for and content with as we remember we have a higher purpose bigger than ourselves. After all, our communities are what makes our cities, towns, counties, states and country share a sense of belonging. It is building these strong relationships, both personally and professionally, that makes our city a great place to live, raise our children and grow our families.
Another thing we’ve been reminded of during our year of gratitude and giving back is just how fortunate The Cooper Group is to do business in such a wonderful city with wonderful people. THANK YOU, KANSAS CITY!
There is no greater gift than to give to another whether it’s money, time, energy, a smile or an acknowledgement as simple as, “Hello, how are you?”
Many believe that there is a reason people enter your life. Maybe that person will be the one to change your life or perhaps you’re the one that will change his or hers.
Have you helped someone else or given to someone in need? If so, then you understand the positive feelings it brings. If not, what are YOU waiting for? 2016 has been our year of gratitude and giving back, and 2017 looks to be no different. We encourage you to find a cause you’re passionate about and jump in with both feet. You won’t regret it!!
